Employee Candidate Clarification Text to Process Personal Data
We provide this information out of legal obligation, in accordance with Article 10 of LPPD Law 6698.
Within the scope of the law, personal data covers any kind of data relating to an identified or identifiable real person. Sensitive personal data includes person’s ethnic background, politics, philosophical and/or spiritual beliefs, clothing, memberships and unions, health, sex life, criminal history, and security clearance, alongside biometric and genetic information.
While we store and can access your personal data in any number of ways (in accordance with the law), we also take the highest possible security measures to protect rights, freedoms, and privacy.
We inform everyone about their rights are as well as how, why, and for whom we gather and share their data.

We do not share your personal data that comes with your job application with any third party.
d) Method and Legal Reasons for Collecting Personal Data:
We may collect your data upon explicit consent as outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD, for the reasons specified above in paragraph (b):
» Your CV and any other documents that you submit to us either in person, by e-mail, by regular mail, or otherwise
» Employment bureaus and consultation firms that we collaborate with, e.g. kariyer.net
» References, background checks, and research conducted by us
» Application forms that you’ve filled out either digitally or in writing
any other written, oral, electronic, or other means of communication, in whole or in part, by automatic or non-automatic means
e) Your rights: Within the scope of Article 11 of LPPD Law 6698, you can apply to us, save the exceptions stipulated in PDD Article 28, a.k.a. ‘Exceptions’.

» Request information if it has been processed
» Learn why it has been processed
» Learn who your data has been shared with, be in home country or abroad
» Have erroneous or missing data correction corrected or updated
» Have your data made anonymous or deleted in accordance with Article 7 of the LPPD
» Request to notify third parties about the information specified in paragraphs (d) and €
» Object to any situation resulting in your personal information being analyzed by automated systems
» Request compensation for any damage you have incurred due to your personal information being unlawfully processed
CLARIFICATION TEXT FOR SWITCHBOARD ACCORDING TO THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NO. 6698.
Gamak Makine San. A.Ş. (the Company), collects contact ınformation, ıdentity ınformation, financial ınformation, location ınformation and transaction security ınformation automatically or non-automatically, physically, verbally, in writing or electronically, in accordance with the law, within the scope of the service it has provided to you.
Your personal data may be processed fulfillment of contractual obligations, creating a portfolio of customers and suppliers, realization of sales transactions and making sales contracts, creating complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer approval, receiving, ending the complaint process, informing for the workflow, ensuring the initiation of the production process, planning and creating demand, insurance transactions, creating a supplier portfolio, maintaining commercial activities and contractual relations, improving service processes, fulfilling our obligations arising from the legislation purposes and other legal obligations listed in the law in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law On The Protection Of Personal Data No. 6698.
Your processed personal data; may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the legislation and to ensure the security of the Company's workplace, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law On The Protection Of Personal Data No. 6698.
As personal data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods mentioned in the law pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, our Company will respond your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest free of charge, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law On The Protection Of Personal Data No. 6698.
