Our IR Policy;

We handle all of our employees’ personnel affairs internally and within a legal framework. We draft white collar employment agreements in accordance with relevant regulations, and blue collar employment agreements in accordance with the Turkish Collective Labor Agreement. 

We depend on our sound work performance. We therefore encourage all of our employees help us make own decisions. In line with labor union standards, we strive to help our employees protect their rights. Our IR Policy ensures all of this and more through effective employee-company communication channels.
